This e-bike has incredibly powerful motor, providing rapid acceleration and a smooth riding experience. The suspension system is outstanding, delivering excellent shock absorption during my rides. Additionally, the battery capacity is substantial, allowing for long-range endurance. I'm hoping to embark on a road trip with this e-bike.

I first started looking at this bike because of how nice it looks,not many videos online for it but I took a chance and I’m glad I did.

This is my first e-bike but it has a lot of power to me.
I’m 5’11 250lbs and it had no problem.
For someone who doesn’t ride much because of the fear of being several miles away from home and being to exhausted to make it home this takes all that away.
I just rode 13 miles on pedal assist 1 and I got way more exercise than I normally get so that’s a win in my book.
I messaged customer service for a few questions and they responded quickly.
I would suggest this bike to anyone.

I've been using using this bike to get work. I got a 28 mile round trip from Lincoln Heights to Sun Valley CA. It's pretty much effortless and fun to use. There are Cons that I noticed like the mile range. I believe that the speed that I go and the amount of weight that I carry is going to drain the battery faster than the 40 mile range. Also I noticed the Spokes making sounds after going to fast. It's wear and tear Sounds that I wasn't expecting till later. The Spokes probably need to get trued. All and all it's a cool bike for the price and I'm having fun using it. After a gave this review the puckipuppy support team reached out to help me with this issue with the noise coming from my spokes. So they definitely get a 5 Star rating from me for there generosity to help.

For starters the customer service is amazing! They called after receiving my order to verify if it was delivered safe and to see if I had any concerns. The bike was delivered a day early and was packaged very secure. It came with all the tools needed for assembly. The assembly took about 30 minutes taking my time. I have had the bike for about a week now and have put 100 miles on it. Mostly bike path and light off road trails. I love this bike! I’m 6’2 230lbs and it has no problems. The brakes work great as well. The large tires and suspension give it a very smooth ride. My longest ride so far has been 20 miles in town on level 2 assist. It used 1/5 of the battery. I would recommend this bike to anyone in the market for one.

Looked for a long time finally decided on a puckipuppy. Have been very happy with the bike. Rode 30 miles with pedal assist then another 10 with pure electric battery was still going strong. Company has been very responsive to all questions. Bike is bigger than I thought it looked in the pictures very sturdy bike . Very easy to put together came with all the tools needed and very good quality tools. The seat is very comfortable and they also gave extra accessories for no charge. Is pretty heavy because of the large tires and sturdiness of the bike but would rather be sturdy for the riding I am going to do. Only down side that I have seen is it does not have a battery level indicator.
