PUCKIPUPPY Extended Warranty Service Policy
1. Service Overview
The PUCKIPUPPY Extended Warranty Service is a value-added after-sales service designed to provide continued product protection for your electric bicycle (e-bike) in the event of a mechanical failure.
2. Warranty Period
The Extended Warranty Service will automatically activate upon the expiration of the original manufacturer's warranty provided by PUCKIPUPPY and becomes effective immediately from the date of vehicle shipment. The specific duration depends on the plan you have purchased (e.g., 1 year or 2 years).
3. Warranty Coverage
Mechanical/Electrical Failures: Structural or functional failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. This coverage applies to instances where the product fails to perform its intended functions—as designed by PUCKIPUPPY—during normal use.
4. Service Area
This Extended Warranty Service is applicable only within the contiguous 48 United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories).
5. Claims Process
To request service, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Please send an email to the official PUCKIPUPPY Support Team at support@puckipuppy.com.
Provide Information: Please attach your proof of purchase and product serial number to the email, and provide a detailed description of the issue or malfunction you are experiencing. Service Confirmation: Once the issue has been verified and confirmed to fall within the scope of the warranty coverage, we will arrange one of the following solutions:
Repair: Free repair of the defective component(s).
Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will replace the product with the same model or a product of equivalent value.
Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will process a refund based on the original purchase price.
6. Important Notes
This Extended Warranty Service is an optional, value-added service and is not a mandatory purchase requirement.
This agreement does not constitute an insurance policy. This Extended Warranty Service is valid only if purchased within 60 days of the original vehicle purchase date. PUCKIPUPPY reserves the right to update this policy as necessary.
