PUCKIPUPPY Extended Warranty Service Policy

1. Service Introduction
The PUCKIPUPPY Extended Warranty is a value-added after-sales service designed to provide continued protection for the core components of your e-bike after the original manufacturer's warranty expires. This service focuses on material and workmanship defects and is not insurance; it does not cover accidental damage, theft, or external causes.

2. Coverage Term
The coverage begins upon the expiration of the original warranty. The duration is determined by the plan you purchase (e.g., 1 Year or 2 Years).

3. What's Covered
Under normal use, this service covers failures in the following key components:

Motor: Failure of power output due to material or workmanship defects.

Battery: Abnormal capacity degradation (below the normal degradation rate, subject to inspection).

Controller: Operational failure caused by internal workmanship or power surge issues.

Display: Non-human-induced display malfunctions or failure.

Electrical System: Wiring failures not caused by human factors.

Priority Support: Access to prioritized repair or replacement services during the coverage period.

4. What's Not Covered
This Extended Warranty does not cover:

Accidental & Intentional Damage: Including crashes, impacts, water damage, theft, or negligent misuse.

Consumable Parts: Such as tires, brake pads, chains, lights, and grips.

Cosmetic Issues: Scratches, paint chips, dents, or other superficial damages that do not affect functionality.

External Causes: Damage from fire, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters.

Software Issues: Firmware failures or data loss.

Unauthorized Modifications: Damage resulting from disassembly, modification, or repair not authorized by PUCKIPUPPY.

5. Service Area
This Extended Warranty is valid only within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories).

6. Claim Process
To request service, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email the PUCKIPUPPY Official Support Team at support@puckipuppy.com.

Provide Information: Include your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description of the issue.

Service Confirmation: Once verified and confirmed to be within the coverage scope, we will arrange one of the following resolutions:

Repair: Free repair of the defective component(s).

Replacement: If repair is not possible, replacement with the same model or a product of equivalent value.

Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, a refund based on the original purchase price (minus applicable depreciation) will be issued.

7. Important Notes

This Extended Warranty is a voluntary value-added service and is not mandatory.

This agreement is not an insurance product.

PUCKIPUPPY reserves the right to update this policy as needed.
Such updates will not affect the rights of customers who have already purchased the extended warranty.
