Absolutely love my Puckipuppy Labrador Pro e-bike. It’s fast, extremely comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The power is impressive, the ride is smooth, and it handles great whether cruising or putting it to work.

My Labrador Pro has been a pure pleasure to ride. I have had back surgeries and arthritis in my hips so riding my regular bike has been hard lately. I got this and it allows me to ride and pedal with ease until my legs get stronger and I then can lower the pedal assist as needed. Also, if I get tired I can use the throttle to rest legs a minute. The ride is smooth with the front and rear shocks. The seat is comfortable. The gears are very smooth and quiet in shifting while the brakes only take two fingers and a light touch to operate. It does a good job on the hills around my area. Has good traction on street, dirt, even wet leaves. If you have below 29” inseam I recommend step through. I love the fact that the display is easy to disconnect, remove and put in your pocket (acts like keys would, just remove and when read to ride very easy to put back on. I find the display nice and bright even in sunlight. The Battery is high quality. It can be charged on the bike or removed (locks in place with a key) and charged inside which is my preference. They remain cool when charging and the charger only slightly warm as it has internal fans to keep it cool. That is much appreciated.

Such a great bike. Plenty of power, The components used in this bike seem like good quality stuff. Unlike another brand the battery remains cool while charging and the charger barely gets warm thanks to it’s internal fans. Every time I ride it puts a smile on my face.

"I've been using my Labrador Pro for a while now, and it's still running great! The 28MPH top speed and 8-speed system make for a really fun ride.
