The Boxer ST uses a low-entry step-through frame that reduces the height riders need to lift their leg when mounting or dismounting. This design is useful for riders who make frequent stops, carry outdoor gear, or simply prefer easier access. Unlike many step-through models designed mainly for paved commuting, the Boxer ST also combines fat tires and full suspension for mixed-terrain riding.

The Boxer ST is designed for riders who want one electric bike for paved streets, gravel roads, forest routes, campground paths, and recreational trails. Its step-through frame improves accessibility, while the 26" × 4.0" fat tires, adjustable front fork, and rear suspension help maintain comfort and control as surfaces change.

The Boxer ST has a stated range of 40 to 80 miles per charge using its removable 48V 20Ah battery. Reaching the upper end of that range generally requires moderate speeds, lower pedal-assist settings, limited throttle use, properly inflated tires, and relatively level terrain. Hills, loose surfaces, cold weather, frequent acceleration, headwinds, and heavier rider or cargo loads will increase battery consumption. Riders planning longer trips should treat 80 miles as the maximum stated range rather than a guaranteed distance.

The Boxer ST uses a 750W rated brushless motor with output that can reach 960W under higher-demand conditions. Throttle assistance reaches up to 20 mph, while pedal assistance can reach up to 28 mph. Rated power describes the motor’s normal operating output, while peak power supports short periods of stronger acceleration, climbing, or riding with additional load. Actual speed and climbing performance depend on battery charge, incline, surface conditions, tire pressure, and total riding weight.

The Boxer ST combines a 130mm adjustable front suspension fork with a 360-degree cage-style rear suspension system. The front fork helps manage repeated vibration and front-wheel impacts, while the rear suspension supports frame stability over dips, roots, gravel, and broken pavement. Its 26-inch fat tires provide a wider contact area, and the 180mm hydraulic disc brakes offer progressive braking control when descending or approaching changing terrain.

The Boxer ST is recommended for riders from 5'3" to 6'4" and supports a maximum total load of 400 lbs. The load calculation should include the rider, clothing, accessories, bags, and any cargo carried on the bike. Riders near either end of the recommended height range should also check saddle height, reach, and handlebar position before choosing the model.

Use only the charger supplied or approved for the bike. Charge the battery in a dry, ventilated area away from flammable materials, excessive heat, and direct sunlight. Avoid charging through damaged cables or wet connections, and do not leave the battery discharged for extended periods. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery and approved before the bike is shipped back. Unused and unopened returns may still incur round-trip shipping and payment-processing fees. Opened products must meet the stated condition requirements, remain below 20 miles on the odometer, include the original contents, and be returned in the original packaging.

Warranty coverage varies by component. The frame and structure receive three-year coverage; the motor, controller, wiring harness, and battery receive two-year coverage; and several mechanical, safety, and support components receive one- or two-year coverage. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and excludes damage caused by unauthorized modifications, collisions, improper handling, water ingress, and normal wear where specified.
