Yes. Poodle is beginner-friendly thanks to its step-through frame, adjustable handlebar and stem, front suspension, and stable riding feel. Riders who want a comfortable electric bike for daily use can enjoy a more relaxed and confident riding experience.
Yes. Poodle comes with a 48V 15Ah removable battery, making charging more convenient at home, in the office, or wherever it is easier to access a power outlet. The removable design also adds flexibility for everyday use.
We recommended you to take off the battery. Otherwise, you can clean the E-bike as the normal bike.
We send a wrench, and bicycle pump , with our Ebike.

I have been using it for repeated weekday use instead of occasional weekend riding and it has turned out to be a very practical middle ground. It is quick enough when traffic opens up,but it does not feel awkward when I am moving slowly around pedestrians. The swept-back bar and adjustable stem make the fit easy to fine-tune,and the suspension is noticeable on neglected streets. Charging the 48V 15Ah battery has fit into my routine without much planning.

For rides after adjusting the bar height to fit me better,the adjustable cockpit has been more important than I expected. I moved the stem twice before finding the right height,and since then my hands and back have felt better on longer rides. The 960W peak output is useful on inclines,while the front suspension keeps the bike from feeling harsh over seams and small potholes. Range has been plenty for the way I actually ride.

After using it for older pavement with shallow potholes,I care less about the headline speed and more about how repeatable the ride feels. The roads around me are constantly rolling, so I notice assist response more than outright top speed. I bought this after borrowing a friend's e-bike and realizing I wanted something with a little more range and control. The bike is usable and the core ride is solid, but I am still deciding how well it fits me. The assist is helpful and the battery has been predictable, although the bike feels heavier than I expected when moving it by hand. I also needed a couple of rides to get the controls and riding position dialed in. Nothing has been a deal breaker, but I would call the experience average so far rather than exceptional. The adjustable stem let me bring the bars up enough to take pressure off my wrists, and the front suspension takes the sharp edge off broken pavement.
