The bike is usable and the core ride is solid, but I am still deciding how well it fits me. The assist is helpful and the battery has been predictable, although the bike feels heavier than I expected when moving it by hand. I also needed a couple of rides to get the controls and riding position dialed in. Nothing has been a deal breaker, but I would call the experience average so far rather than exceptional. Hydraulic brakes are reassuring at the higher end of the speed range, and the display gives me the information I actually check while riding.

This is my first Puckipuppy, and so far the riding position and power delivery have been easy to get used to. It has become the bike I grab for mail runs, coffee trips, and quick neighborhood stops. The torque sensor makes the big 1350W peak motor easier to control than I expected, and the full suspension keeps rough sections from beating me up. I have not tried to chase the advertised maximums; I care more about repeatable performance on a normal ride. So far it feels like a bike I will keep using rather than something that will sit in the garage.
