Yes, of course! All PUCKIPUPPY e-bikes, including those purchased during promotional events, come with our standard manufacturer's warranty. You can give the gift of adventure with complete confidence.
What if the e-bike I want is out of stock during the sale?
Popular models may sell out quickly. We recommend acting fast! If an item sells out, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. As a holiday alternative, our customer service team can also help you find a similar available model.
Are these e-bikes suitable for winter riding conditions?
A: Many of our bikes, especially our fat tire models, are excellent for winter! Their wide tires provide better stability on varied surfaces. For icy conditions, we recommend exploring our studded winter tires for added safety and traction.
