How do I file a claim for my extended warranty?
If Your Covered Product is damaged or malfunctioned, please report the issue at Xcotton Resolution Center.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my Extended Warranty Plan?
You may cancel your Plan and subject to a refund. Amount of your refund will be depending on a number of factors. If your order is canceled prior to delivery, we will issue a full refund. If you have received the product and put it in use for a period of time, depending of the duration since purchase, we will issue a pro-rata refund, and minus any claims that have been paid out.
Can I extend my Xcotton protection after it expires?
No. The plan cannot be renewed once it has expired.
Which types of issues are included in the extended warranty coverage?
Extended Failure Protection
Mechanical or electrical breakdown of Your Covered Product.
Accidental Damage
Unintentional and accidental damage from handling, such as drops, spills and cracked screens, as a result of normal use.
Power Surge
A sudden increase in voltage that can damage or destroy electronics, appliances, and even electrical wiring.
Battery Coverage
Battery failure. One time replacement of battery.
